Adding an Item to Your Cart

When you add an item to your shopping cart, you are adding it exactly as it is shown and described on the store page - in the same length, size, color, clasp, etc.  Items can be requested in other color combinations, usually at no additional charge. Changes in length, size or clasp type may result in additional charges.  Please contact us about customizing your piece prior to placing an order.  We will be happy to try to accomodate your request.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock will typically ship within 2 to 3 business days.  Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) with tracking and insurance included. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address you provide at checkout.  

Since each item is handmade, all items may not be in stock at the time of your order.  If your item(s) is not in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to be completed and shipped.  I try to keep all colors in stock, but certain items may require me to restock before I can start your order.  I will contact you if your item is not in stock and give you an estimated completion date.

Custom Orders

Most of the items available in the store listings can be made in other lengths and colors.  Many bracelet weaves can also be made as necklaces.  If you would like to have an item in the store customized, please contact me to discuss your special request.  You can use the Contact link at the bottom of the page or email me at Chromaticmaille@icloud.com.  The Galleries pages are a great place to get started.  You can also view all of the available anodized aluminum colors there.
